Our promise
Two guarantees cover every order: a 60-day automatic refill if delivered followers or subscribers drop, and a 30-day money-back guarantee if we don't deliver as described. Requests are picked up around the clock and resolved within about 24 hours.
1. Full refund (30-day money-back)
- Delivery has not started within 24 hours and support cannot resolve it.
- We delivered materially less than you ordered and cannot complete it.
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
Request it within 30 days of your order via the contact page or instactive6@gmail.com with your order email and username. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
2. Refill instead of refund (60-day)
If followers or subscribers drop within 60 days, the fix is the free automatic refill described in our Terms — that is usually faster than a refund and restores what you paid for.
3. When we can't refund
- The username or link you supplied was wrong, private or deleted at the time of delivery.
- The order was fully delivered as described (non-tangible services cannot be returned).
- You bought the same service for the same account from another provider at the same time, making delivery impossible to attribute.
