• Order details: the public username or link you supply, the package you buy, and your email address for the receipt.
• Payment: handled entirely by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical: basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to keep the site working well.

2. What we never collect

Your social-media password. We only ever need public information (your @username or a link to public content). Anyone asking for your password is not us.

3. How we use it

To deliver your order, provide the refill guarantee, answer support requests and send your receipt. We do not sell your data or send marketing emails you have not asked for.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to honour guarantees and meet accounting obligations, then deleted.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of it, or its deletion. Use the contact page or email instactive6@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
